A little more about me

My name is Vik and I am a long time equestrian, equine body worker, product aficionado, and self described Hands on Horse Mom!

Growing up I had always spent as much time with horses as I possibly could and was fortunate to spend time with my grandparents in Poland and their work horses from a young age. Though my parents actively blame my grandpa for my love of horses, I like to think that he shared his passion with me and it simply stuck.

Fast forward a couple of years, safe to say that horses are a huge part of my life! I have since shown on the A, Silver and Trillium circuits as well as was a founding member on the Ryerson Equestrian Team! To top it off, I have my own body work business doing PEMF, massage and K-tape servicing the Southern Ontario area.

The Hands On Horse Mom was born shortly after I bought my first horse Flirt, who I love very much despite all the quirks and sensitivities. In fact, it was those exact quirks and sensitivities that led me here and I would be lying if I said I did not have a "type" as many of my animals tend to be of the needy variety. As such I have tried many different products and perspectives when it comes to all things horses and I am looking to share this information with a community of like minded people!

So if you find yourself spending every last dollar on your horse, constantly trying new products for them to solve their new ailments, spending more time with your horse than others and are admittedly a bit of a Hands on Horse Mom then this space is for you!

Welcome, we are so happy you are here!
